VC6.0 no compile tool is associated with the file

 1 经常遇到错误：no compile tool is associated with the file extension

 原因：在编译时如果当前打开的是一个.h文件，就会出现上述错误

 

2 Cannot open precompiled header file: 'Debug/test1.pch'

原因：是compile只是编译你当前的.cpp文件而不是所有的，而你的设置的要产生.pch头文件的.cpp文件（一般是StdAfx.cpp）还没有编译过，因此你先编译该文件再编译其他的就不会错了，或者直接rebuild all或执行也可以，就没有提示了。
