Post-doctoral Research Fellow I

 

Applicants should possess a PhD Degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or other relevant disciplines, and demonstrate abilities to conduct high-impact research in one of the following research topics: (1) sequence alignment; (2) sequence assembly; (3) whole–genome analysis; (4) mass spectrometry-based proteomics. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. Post-doctoral Research Fellow II

 

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in computer science/engineering or relevant fields with strong background and interest in cloud computing, data center, or distributed systems. The position is for initial appointment duration of one year and is renewable each year subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Research Assistant

 

Applicants should possess a Bachelor or Master Degree and demonstrate strong abilities in CUDA programming. Experience in bioinformatics or computational biology is a plus.
