ArcGIS Desktop安装出错

错误信息：

"Runtime Error 429: ActiveX component can't create object." 

原因：

The Microsoft Windows Scripting Engine is not installed on the system.

解决方法参考：

操作方法：

scrrun.dll 的作用是用于阅读和编写脚本和文本文件，管理 FSO对象运行 ，因此可能是由于这个文件没有注册或者被禁用卸载了，就在运行里面输入：
     regsvr32 "C:\windows\system32\scrrun.dll"
提示DllRegisterServer注册成功。 接下来运行ArcMap就OK了。
