创建集成服务时，如果集成服务的编码和存储库不一致时，集成服务启动报错

Code page mismatch. Service process is running in code page [ISO 8859-1 Western European] whereas the service is configured in the Admin Console to run in code page [UTF-8 encoding of Unicode]

Linux 设置环境变量

INFA_CODEPAGENAME=UTF-8

export INFA_CODEPAGENAME

WINDOWS类似

默认情况，创建继承服务时会选择与当前操作系统相同的编码。
