win7 64bit下chrome无法滚动、卡死

如标题所述，这个问题从chrome18以后一直有，让人一度想卸载掉它，鉴于之前使用过很久chrome，竟舍不得删。

最近本本因为ATI的兼容驱动蓝屏过好几次，终于忍不住上官网更新了官方驱动，发现居然chrome也不卡死了，

几乎没在出现过滚不动，看来chrome对gpu的依赖还是挺重的。

IE9/10的GPU渲染缺陷兼容性是个大问题，现在都得关掉，否则qiyi网等很多电影都看不了。
