报错信息：The specified JRE installation does not exist

一、确认配置的JRE是否存在，如下所示：

二、如果配置没有问题，把服务删掉，再新建

window->perferences->server->installed runtimes 里的删掉，重新建立服务，再运行

三、如果server不存在，window->perferences->java->Installed JREs：右边面板中点Add，指到自己的jdk的home就OK了！
