1、work experience
A: I began my first job after graduated is being a CM & QA, in charge of configuration management and Quality Assurance, like baseline changed, new version published, and do sth. about testing in part time. There has no suitable position, while it passed the cmmi2 in last year, so i quit
The position of my current job is Testing and QA engineer, in charge of test SIP protocol flow and performance testing, IVR voice flow and website function and performance testing. i have setup the whole test environment, by Test Director, VSS，SIPP, x-lite ect.
And that, built the system of version control, bug trace and push it work in the team at that time, i learnt LR\QTP by myself, and they're my daily work now.

A: I think I am not humor enough, so I always give sb. severe impression.
4. Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?

A. this position needs black-box testing and auto-testing ability, and of course, English expression capability [keipe’biliti]. I have one year experience on black-box testing and auto-testing, no one knows anything, maybe my English is not good enough, but the one who knows how to get, it’s better than he just have . I will try my best on study English because of that is a important reason for me to be here, and I like work under the stress, so I believe I am suitable.
5. What kind of salary did you have in mind? what range of pay-scale r u interest in
A money is important, but the responsibility that goes along with this job is what interests me the most.

A I have been very selective in looking for the right job and I don't want to settle for one in which I will find myself unchallenged.

A. bilingual environment, work under stress. They r give me an opportunity to improve my skill in testing field.

A.1 to 3 month is enough, I think. According to ur firm’s plan.

A I will stay as long as I can continue to learn and to grow in my field

A. I have built the whole testing environment, by TD, VSS, sipp,
B. otherwise, bug trace flow, version control flow, and built the entire documents model,
C. testing. Include stress of sip protocol, voice website flow, website function and stress testing.
I am sure I can apply my experience to this position.

Well, I am hoping to get an offer of a better position. I desired a challenge position could improve my skill in testing field.

how do u handle ur conflict with ur colleagues in ur work?
A. silence is golden. Just don’t say anything; otherwise the situation could be worse. I do, however, accept constructive criticism (advise).
