struts完成跳转

假若在struts.xml里面 "http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-2.1.dtd" 这个对引用的警告的话，则在eclipse菜单栏找到windows，有个xmlCatlog给配置下对应版本的.dtd文件即可
