How much coke is enough?

   Just today the ministry of Commerce said Coca-Cola company purchase HuiYuan juice company is going against the anti-trust and anti-monopoly. As we all know, Coca-Cola is very popular in China market, but HuiYuan company is almost is the largest local company in our country in the juice area.
   As the economic crisis is becoming deeper serious, almost all the foreigner company discovered the China market is important,and full of opportunity, so they adopt every possible manner to enter this market.
   At the same time, a lot of international company complain that Chinese government is always restrict foreign company takeover local company, and they always have a die hard mind--"state assets should not controlled by foreign entities". And the Chinese government is very open to investment to almost all fields, but they strongly discourage outright purchase the exist company to enter the China market.
    As a outsider, I don't know whether the result is good to HuiYuan or not, but I think the government is always considering to our local company. So in my title I just using a criticism question to start my journal.
