What i want to know in an interviewing

It has being a long time sine i want to find a good job. Because i now know what is good for an employee. And how to be a better employee.

So, i imagine that i am in a interviewing right now, and  a good company's executive officers are trying to hire me, so i have to talk about what i am thinking and what i want to know about this company.

So what is a good company?

In my opion, a good company is a company which cares about its stuff, especially care about their future. That means it cares about their career planning.

So, the most important things i want to know in an interviewing are:

1. Is there a good training system for stuff?

You know, every stuff wants to do a good job, and they want to be important in the company, so they work so hard in order to be payed attention form company. But some time, they just dont know what to do, and how to do.

So, training is so important now, it teaches stuff, and leads stuff, let them to know what to do, and how to do. Even help them to plan a good career in the future.

The career planing is so important to retain stuff. Because most stuff do not have a plan for their future in their career, they just want to find a good job that make them alive first, so planing a clear career for themselves become the most important things to them secondly.

I always want to know how can i get a job which i can make it as my career. And i can work here for a long time.

 

2. Is there a good project management system in company?

For me, I have being a project manager for couple of years, and in my current company, i saw there are so many bad things for a project. First, there is no project evaluating system, so that there were always extra work to do for a project, even it is not a good project, or a appropriate project for a team which develops for the project.  Because there is no project evaluating system, the seller says we can do it, we can complete this project, so that we can finish the sales this year. Ok. Do. They even did not thing about this a little more. There is not a orginzation which can evaluate their project. So, that makes each team working for this project got to be so hard every time. It is not good for the team, it is not good for the company.

I think, a good company must have the evaluating system for each project, and it not just evaluate is it appropriate. It can evaluate whe whole process from the begining to the end of this project. Just like the PMP said.

It is will make more successful projects.
