Giving the true opinion is hard in a meeting.

For non native english speaker ,it is hard to give the true opinion in the meeting.

The discussion tend to move very quickly and we have no time to choose the right word to express our idea.

Sometimes we have to choose what we are able to say rather than what we want to say.

Sometimes I donot want it I want to say no but instead I said yes to avoid more explaination on why I donot want to accept.

Plus it is hard to remember the speaker idea in the meeting even though we understand their idea.

So it is best to double check with the speaker before you give your own idea and mention your point at the beginning and the end.

Give the evidence to support your point.providing the example is much better.

Do not forget to give the backgroud and history if there is a need for that.

Speaking up the point from more than one perspective is better than speaking from only one aspect more than one time.

Try to find another way to express your idea if your linstener did not catch up with you.

Do not hesitate to say no if you want. Try to give the reason and state what you have thought .

Give yourself a chance to practise to say no then you'll fell better to say no in the future.

Remeber clearness is more important than quickeness.
