JBoss J2EE Engineer (Red Hat)

Position Summary
Red Hat/JBoss is seeking an experienced developer QA Engineer with experience in J2EE who can be an internal quality advocate and critic of JBoss products. This is an exciting opportunity not only to participate in the latest cutting edge in open-source product development lifecycle, working with the lead developers, but also have the chance to cultivate China's OSS technology base.

This is a development position in the QA department. You will be responsible for
all aspects of quality for the JBoss product line (such as JBoss AS, Hibernate, jBpm, etc.), including developing innovative approaches for testing APIs, GUIs, clustering and database compatibility, just to name a few. You will also need to know the product source code as needed.

Requirements
- College degree or equivalent computer experience.
- Good English language speaking, writing, and reading skills are required
- Experience with OSS middleware product is desired

3+ Years experience with the following:
- Developing Java SE/EE (Servlets, EJB's, etc)
- Databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, MySQL
- Writing build scripts in Ant or Maven
- SVN or CVS
- Shell scripting in Linux
