tmpfs小于ORACLESGA，默认的大小是RM（物理内存）的一半，由于tmpfs既使用内存,又可能使用了部分交换分区,所以不能指望使用tmpfs提高的读写速率倍数就等于(内存读写速率/磁盘读写速率)[root@oracle~]#vim/etc/fstab我们要修改大小我们现在物理内存是1G 调整tmpfs大小，别超过内存+swap的大小。如果系统资源紧张，用完了内存，用到swap时，tmpfs
