选择菜单-->Project-->clean，往往把R文件删了，然后再自动生成R文件。结果是在布局文件有错误时不会生成R文件。检查错误及修正：（1）检查Layout文件，是否xml文件中控件命名冲突（重名）。（2）修改Layout之中的错误。（3）然后到类文件修改之通过。另：可以从其他工程复制R文件到Gen下，然后重复之上步骤ok搞定！（解决办法是你不断进步的表现）
