Should we buy it now or wait for better features and lower price?

Should we buy it now or wait for better features and lower price?

This is one question that keeps popping up time and time in my life.

Should I buy a computer now, or should I wait for prices to go down?

Should I buy a new television now, or should I wait for the bigger screens to become available?

Should I buy a new house now, Should I buy a new camera now , Should I buy a new cell phone now, should I buy a car now, should I buy something new.

The questions always are raised by my wife time and time.

Whenever I’m asked the question , I always try to tell her to learn to delay the gratification.

But Am I always right?

Through the analysis I think one question should be considered carefully.

Do we need it urgently and correctly?

If the answer is yes then waiting for several days or several months instead of making the quick decision.

If you’re buying something that you’ve recognized that you can wait then I think the wait is always better choice than buy it.

My wife gave up the idea of buy something many times after choosing wait for a while.

If you’re buying something that is just for upgrade then why not wait for a while because you have the current one to use.

The current one will retire if the new replacement is coming.

But I am not always right.

Sometimes My wife insist on buying something after wait for a while.I have to agree becaues I can not find the excuse to reject. But she will regret after getting it.

you’re buying something necessary without replacement then you should be shopping around and asking aroung now rather than waiting for prices to drop only.

Get to know more about the things you want to buy is necessary.

ask around and do investigation from internet is also helpful.

Talk about the product with different sellers will help you know the advantage and disadvantage quicker.

Because I did not do any investigation and did not choose wait instead.

I regret I bought a traditional camera with 3000 yuan when I was in the university when the digital camera was popular at that time.

But after that it seems I never regret to buy anything any more.
