Python OpenCV3 VideoCapture读取视频文件失败解决方案

问题描述

环境：Windows 7、Python2.7、OpenCV3.2、Miniconda2
如下代码不能打开视频：

def playing_video_from_file():
    # videocv2.VideoWriter_fourcc(*'mp4v')
    videoCapture = cv2.VideoCapture()

    videoCapture.open("../videos/movie.avi")
    # 获得码率及尺寸
    fps = videoCapture.get(cv2.CAP_PROP_FPS)
    size = (int(videoCapture.get(cv2.CAP_PROP_FRAME_WIDTH)),
            int(videoCapture.get(cv2.CAP_PROP_FRAME_HEIGHT)))
