漫长的步行-The Long Walk Chapter1.1

标题出自史蒂芬金的中篇小说书名《漫长的步行》。我在15岁时机缘巧合地买下了这本书。值得注意的是，这本小说在今天也没有中文翻译，而在我15岁时，我也不具备阅读英文原著的能力。

The Topic comes from Stephen king’s sixth novel, it was named as ‘The Long Walk’. Occasionally, I purchased this book when I was just 15 years old. It is worth noting that this book had never been translated into Chinese, and at that time, I also hold none capability to read and understand english-written book.

而现在来看，一切都像是一个有趣的隐喻，这本书在那时起就预兆了我剩下人生所做出的一切决定。那便是，为了某些东西而踏上漫长的道路。

And from the view of now, it seems like a interesting and saucy metaphor, this book had indicated the path I would take in my whole remaining life. That is, take the long walk for something dramatic. And the walk would also eventually desperately go to nihilistic like what Garraty experienced in the book, since the road which I decided to take is extremely long and harsh, when I read the end of my walk, I may ‘some how finds the strength to run’.

说了这么多，现在进入正题。我将在一年半的时间里，从学习到实操，亲手、独自一人完成一个操作系统，而我学习和造轮子的过程将会在此记录。目前，我需要学习的书籍有操作系统概念、数据结构与算法分析、Intel64位汇编语言程序设计。这是我漫长的步行中的一小段道路，我希望能将它在此记录下来，以至于我在未来的道路上随时仍能回望当年自己的热情和野心，以及蓬勃的欲望。

Now move to the main topic. I gonna use 1 and half years’ time, to write a operating system from learning to actual typing code, and I would keep recording my each step in my personal blog. As for now, I still need to learn the following several books: ‘Operating System Concepts’, ‘Data Structures And Algorithm Analysis in C’, and ‘Intel 64bit Assembly Language’.

It would a little part of my whole walk, I hope to record it here, so that I could always recollect my early year’s passion, ambition and vigorous desire.
