But what about natural talent?

培养卓越人才的路径,教育方式,积极反馈,适当方法等是成才捷径,那么人才本身的天赋有什么区别呢?

这一章认可了天赋的存在,但天赋本身的意义和对往后发展的影响并不如我们往常的偏见那样巨大。“有天赋”的领域,“天才”会比一般人学习的进程快,也轻松,但这种差异在早期显著,后期还是练习带来质变。

对自我的肯定,甚至“正向认知偏差”也许对我们在一个专业领域成功更重要,坚信自己的天赋,实际产生动力去努力,才是天赋这一概念的最佳应用吧。
