This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleShortVersionString [1.0.0] in the Info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously approved version [1.0.0].

每次打包都会检测这两项和iTunes Store 中的进行对比，
build 必须比app Store中已经传成功的高。
version 如果已经有通过审核的包在app store 中那么就必须比线上的高一个版本，如果第一次的话1.0.0就ok，即便拒审之后也还是1.0.0.
