所谓一定之规，就是目标与计划

企业讲上三路，下三路，讲愿景、使命、价值观，做为人又何尝不是？

每个人都是自己的CEO，自己的这盘棋能不能下好，与一个企业能否做好的道理是一样的。

要想心里不慌，就得地里不荒，要把自己的庄稼种好，要有目标，有计划，有一定之规。

是时候，得梳理一下自己的目标了，否则地里荒，心里也慌。

The so-called fixed rules, is the goal and plan. 

Enterprises talk about the top three, the next three. Talk about vision, mission, values, as a person is not?

Everyone is their own CEO. Can their own game of chess play well, as an enterprise can do the same thing. 

If you want not to panic, you have to have no shortage of land, to grow your own crops, to have goals, plans, and fixed rules. 

It is time to sort out your goals, or else the ground will be deserted and your heart will panic.
