Youth Support Hub三月份大型义工活动：Canada Blooms花卉展

寒冷的冬季让人无时无刻不盼望着春天的到来。温暖的阳光、花草的芳香，想一想心里都美滋滋的。能够置身在优美的花草树木之中，也不失是一个迎接春天的好方式。

为了给大家提供一个这样的机会，Youth Support Hub联合Canada Blooms大型花卉展，献上全新的volunteer opportunities！

Canada Blooms是加拿大最大的园艺花卉展，首次展出是在1997年。今年是它的第21个年头，每年都吸引近20万人参观。Canada Blooms是一个园艺届的能工巧匠们大展才华的机会。他们的作品各个巧夺天工，令人叹为观止，大饱眼福。

值得一提的是，Canada Blooms是一个慈善活动，所有收益全部用来扶持社区里的环保项目。

Youth Support Hub很荣幸成为2017年Canada Blooms的义工合作伙伴。今年的展览是3月10日至19日，可以任选一天或者几天去做志愿者。地点是在久负盛名的Exihibition Place内的Enercare Centre（100 Princes' Blvd #1, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3）。有大量不同的义工职位可供选择，例如landscape aide、nursery aide、horticulture monitor、information assistant等等。其中，最受欢迎的职位是ice cream cart host。谁如果申上了这个职位告诉我，我去蹭冰淇淋 ^_^

在Canada Blooms上做志愿者好处多多。除了可以锻炼自己的各项能力、获得volunteer hours之外，还可以：

1. 在完成了当天的shift之后，自由出入展区，饱览园艺届的巅峰之作；

2. 每完成一个shift，获得一张免费的入场券，可择日再来参观展览（最多可以得到3张免费入场券）；

3. 一份certificate of appreciation；

4. 免费领取一盆植被带回家！

Canada Blooms is the largest garden and horticulture show in Canada. It showcases amazing horticultural art works by brilliant garden artists and attracts nearly 200,000 visitors each year. Canada Blooms is also a charity event. All proceeds will be donated to community projects to support a cleaner environment. 

Canada Blooms relies heavily on volunteers for its success. In addition to gaining valuable social skills and volunteer hours, you will also receive:

1. a free admissions ticket for each shift worked (max. 3 tickets);

2. a certificate of appreciation;

3. a free plant to take home!

This year's show will take place from March 10th - March 19th, in the Enercare Centre at the famous Exhibition Place (100 Princes' Blvd #1, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3).
