在20.2.12章节时，执行git push heroku master 时报错：

heroku中Activity Feed > Build Log显示：

          $ heroku config:set DISABLE_COLLECTSTATIC=1

显示可能是heroku服务器已经有一个静态文件占位了，所以要删掉它。
执行命令：heroku config:set DISABLE_COLLECTSTATIC=0
