Mac+caffe(cpu)

我已经装了anaconda2

依赖

brew install -vd snappy leveldb gflags glog szip lmdb
brew tap homebrew/science

第二句出错:

Error: homebrew/science was deprecated. This tap is now empty as all its formulae were migrated.

这句好使:

brew install homebrew/core/hdf5

继续:

brew install hdf5 opencv

对于protobuf:

    用3.6可能会出问题,安2.6。下载地址:链接:https://pan.baidu.com/s/1OS9gRflQdl1V5LCAUKIqQg  密码:qbl0

    

tar -zxf  protobuf-2.6.1.tar.gz
cd protobuf-2.6.1
/configure
make
make install

 

boost:

brew install --build-from-source --fresh -vd --with-python boost-python

说明:我只用这句成功,其它都出错。错误信息:ld: library not found for -lboost_python

用这个会有问题:ld: library not found for -lboost_thread-mt

解决方法是在Makefile.config中:

INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/local/Cellar/boost/1.67.0_1/include
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/local/Cellar/boost/1.67.0_1/lib

下载caffe:

git clone https://github.com/BVLC/caffe.git
cd caffe
mv Makefile.config.example Makefile.config

make的时候,我关掉anaconda, make pycaffe时再开

对于conda中protobuf与系统protobuf版本不匹配问题,可直接 pip install protobuf==2.6.1

我还遇到OpenBlas相关的问题,先:brew install openblas   然后在Makefile.config中:

BLAS := open

  BLAS_INCLUDE := $(shell brew --prefix openblas)/include
  BLAS_LIB := $(shell brew --prefix openblas)/lib

遇到opencv相关问题,试试

在Makefile中:

LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m 

改为

LIBRARIES += glog gflags protobuf boost_system boost_filesystem m opencv_core opencv_highgui opencv_imgproc opencv_imgcodecs

用系统python,在make pycaffe时找不到numpy问题:

$/usr/bin/python

>>> import bumpy as np
>>> np.get_include()

>>>'/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/Extras/lib/python/numpy/core/include'

上面输出是我的,在Makefile.config中将numpy地址替换即可。

然后编译成功了。
