日记

I learned cook the meal today. Because I am from northwest of China, we usually eat noodles as our meal. My mother stood aside and to taught how to mix the flour and water, knead a paste and knead it over and over again, then turn the paste into a piece of thin pancake by rolling pin and finally cut it into noodles. The process is not difficult, but kneading the paste demands great strength.
