1: Running

The topic of my diary In the current stage:

What did I do yesterday? What will I do today? How do I feel?

I did some reading and review yesterday. I summarized the tips of good communication and run 10 kilometers today. It was so hot in the classroom that it made me drowsy. I didn't like that feeling. But I am excited that I will reach my running goal which is to totally run 125 km this month. I am looking forward to tomorrow's morning running.
