Tough time

I had a tough week. Itwas just sofrustrating that I couldn't do well in the new position. I didn't know how to interact withmy students. I had no idea about designing my class. Oh,my god. Who cangive mea hand?! It drives me crazy. Several days, thingsappear to have improved. So, what happened? I'm just trying to take itdown.

First, Iwas so worriedand talked all my anxiety with my husband. No doubt, he gave memanycomfort which smooths me greatly. Still, Ihaven't a clueabout teaching. But then, an idea came to me. I'm frustrated because I'm demanding. It's obvious I'm a green hand in teaching, how can I expect something that is beyond me

So, how can I improve? I sit on other teachers' classes which are, honestly,very helpful. I wastrying to figure outprinciples behind the strategies. That works. I feel better.
