其实普鲁斯特问卷的名称来自于《追忆逝水年华》的作者马塞尔·普鲁斯特，但普鲁斯特并不是此问卷的发明者哦。只是因为他曾对问卷给出过的答案被世人传颂，此后人们才把其命名为普鲁斯特问卷。
据说普鲁斯特在13岁和20岁时各做过一次普鲁斯特问卷，后来的研究者曾用这两次问卷结果分析普鲁斯特的个人成长经历。大家可以在维基百科上看到他的问卷答案全文。
不仅仅是在朋友聚会中，在亲密关系里，精彩来用提问的方式来加深对彼此的探索和了解，是一件美妙而有趣的事情。还有一个恋爱版本的问卷，后面写出来分享给大家。
