高精模板

花了半个上午的时间重打了一遍高精模板。
\(8\)位,加减乘除模,比较运算,除是二分除。
不过我输入打麻烦了,主要是太懒了不想再开数组,然后就出了一堆\(BUG\),改着改着就越来越冗长了。。
