In addition, inadequate flexibilitycanaffect your athletic performance by preventingyou from reaching the full potential, strength, and power of your muscles.

Flexibilityis defined as the range of motion of yourjoints or the ability of your joints to move freely. It also refers to themobility of your muscles, which allows for more movement around the joints.Range of motionis the distanceand direction your joints can move, whilemobilityis the ability to move without restriction.

Breathe normally    when stretching; never hold your breath.
