如果觉得
思想起来很凄迷
那就学一学
竹君子
占有四季
又忘了四季
天地间
只管涂抹立体的绿
把乾坤
藏在心里
好一个空空
而非洞洞的自己

再轻轻地

Bamboo the gentleman
He is in possession of the four seasons
Yet he forgets them
In between the heaven and earth
He by all means only smears the steric green
Hiding the universe

What an empty

在千人万人中寻找
自从见到这双眸子
其它所有的眼睛
都暗淡了光彩
我是又长又密的睫毛

栽一片相思林
也许你永远视而不见

Among the crowd of people
I found your eyes
Then all the other eyes
Being dim
I am the long and thick eyelash

仰望长空
惊呼一声
谁提走了
我们祖传的灯笼

饕餮的宇宙
鲸吞了最大的星斗
我托心为钵

Look up in the sky
I cry out in alarm
Who takes away

年年都是

那是怎样的一种绿呀
刺穿戈壁的针叶上

The wind will not bring the green
The rain will not bring the green
Every year
It greens itself
Oh, what kind of a green color
Its leaves of needles pierce through the Desert
Picking up
Dots of blood

这个只能存活
几十天的小虫
在黑黑的洞穴里
面壁
修炼
诵经
坐禅
长达十数年
破土之后
留个金黄的躯壳
求得能歌能舞的
大自在
无处不在的佛啊
知了可是
另类的达摩
5.Cicada
The bug can only live
As long as dozens of days
In the dark hole
Facing the wall
Reflecting
Chanting
Meditating
For more than ten years
When it breaks the earth
Leaving the golden shell
Obtains the great freedom
Of singing and dancing
Oh, you ubiquitous Buddha
If the cicada
Is a different kind of Dharma

这就是二十年一遇的中秋月吗
来，斟上斟上
过了多少旧日子
今天要把它过新鲜
纵然攀着月光
能登上天堂也不去了
什么对影成三人
就咱俩
我和你
两个灵魂厮磨的人
在杯子里是酒
进了脏腑咋就思绪百转
还把神经索
喝成家乡的小径
你一杯我一杯
满肚子阴晴圆缺
两颗没有杂音的心
圆成一轮
10.Drink to My Heart’s Content on Mid-Autumn Day
Is this the moon of Mid –Autumn Day
for seeing once in twenty years
Come, to pour the cup full
How many old days past
Today we shall spend it new
Even if we can climb to the moon for the paradise
We prefer to stay here now
Not to talk with the moon we are three
Tonight only we two
You and me
We two with our souls tangled
It is the wine in the cup
It becomes thought confused internal
It changes the nerves
Into the trails of the homeland
One cup after another
All change into the fullness and
imperfection of the moon in the heart
Two hearts with harmony quietly
Circled into one round ring
桑恒昌先生简介
桑恒昌：男，山东武城人，1941年出生；中国当代著名诗人；以怀亲诗饮誉诗坛，影响远播海内外，被《山东文学通史》称为山东诗坛第三代的代表。原《黄河诗报》社长兼主编，编审；系中国作家协会会员，曾任中国诗歌学会副秘书长，国际华文诗人笔会理事。出版中文诗集10部，另有《来自黄河的诗》（中德对照。2005年7月。德国汉堡wayasbah出版社）《桑恒昌短诗选》(中英对照。2006年10月。香港银河出版社)。诗作入编380多种选集；178多首(次)诗作被翻译成英、法、德、韩、越文发表，并在国外结集出版。评论其作品的文章计500多篇。另有三部评论专著。
桑恒昌先生代表性著作有：《低垂的太阳》《桑恒昌抒情诗选》《爱之痛》《桑恒昌怀亲诗集》《灵魂的酒与辉煌的泪》《年轮.月轮.日轮》《听听岁月》以及《来自黄河的诗》（中德对照）。
