      Golden taro combination

Food material :

taro 150g , pumpkin 100g , stick rice power 100g , warm water 90g , starch 20g , coconut milk 100ml , brown sugar 35g , dry osmantus 0.5g

Making steps :

1 peel taro and pumpkin , slice it to 1.5*1.5 square

2 add 100g sticky rice powder to 90g warm water , mix it

3 roll the sticky rice to small balls

4 add taro and pumpkin to pot with cold water , close the lid , strong fire ( turn Fangtai's oven to level 9 ) , when it boiled well then turn it to small fire , until taro and pumpkin become soft

5 add coconut milk

6 add sticky rice balls , middle fire ( turn Fangtai's oven to level 6 ) , boil till the balls float

7 add brown sugar

8 get it out , spread with dry osmantus
