这首诗真的是在半梦半醒的状态下，在床上完成的。创作过程中我数度睡着，又在梦中惊醒，并记录下新的灵感。梦境中亦幻亦真的情景令人痴迷，因为我们的想象力在脱离理智管控的时候是最为自由的。

半醒时分（噩梦之前）

I still feel like

The black hole growing in my mouth

在我嘴里成长的黑洞

Dissipating into darkness

消散在黑暗之中

Expanding into the endless night

扩张入无边的黑夜

Something's crawling inside

有什么东西在内心爬动

Wrapping me tight

紧紧包裹着我

Eating away my thigh

啃噬着我的大腿

Like a roaring laughter

像咆哮的笑声

Hang onto me tonight

今夜牢挂在我身

Salamander dances

火蜥蜴跳起舞

In a desert of conscious light

在一片意识之光的沙漠里

Warm sparkles of their amphibian eyes

两栖动物眼里温暖的闪光

Drains the fountain out of my brain

Wild flowers are blooming on a desiccated grave

The earth cracks open a deadly smile

土地裂开一抹死亡般的微笑

Playing tricks with their green eyes

Turning into the fat belly of an invisible grinch

俯视一片像空虚的凝视一样灰的海洋
