Some Nonsense

As i was sitting there, i suddenly noticed a little girl. She  was around five, very adorable in her white dress. "She was like an angel." I said to myself. Then i noticed her father, a time-tormented man. Wrinkles crawled all over his face like spider web. His eyebrows were very long and messy like grass that needed weeding.

The girl yelled "Daddy look! I am a bird!" She sang as she "whirled" around his father, who was so tired that his face showed nothing but a weary look. It was as if his soul, his spirit, and everything that's him had drifted away. He looked at her lovely girl, his eyes blank. He reahed his left hand to grab her, failed, but he didn't  bother to try again. His hand just suspended in the air as his eyes fixed on his daughter.

The girl continued, flying, as her father helplessly watched. He didn't say a word, but i bet he must have a sweet, sweet daddy's voice.
