通常周四都是大家到Leonard和Sheldon公寓吃披萨的，现在由于Priya在Raj那，Leonard就要去Raj那，Howard也去，Sheldon啰嗦了半天还是跟着Leonard过去了。但是他对Raj提供的墨西哥菜很看不上，嫌弃不正宗，后来打车走了，还跑到Penny的吧台诉苦，顺便接了Amy的视频电话。Amy直率地指出Leonard是他们这个小团队的核心，让Sheldon面对现实。
Sheldon不甘于现实，决定塑造新的朋友圈，在Leonard再次要去Raj那里时，他准备好小吃，要接待自己的一帮客人——Stuart、Zack、Barry还有星际迷航的演员LeVar Burton（推特上邀请的）。
Sheldon发现这几个人并不像自己想的那样容易摆布，首先他们肯来就是有着实际的原因，Stuart因为经济困窘住在书店里，希望能到这儿洗个热水澡，Barry则是冲着抽奖来的；其次他们根本不想听他讲故事，反而对Zack的黄段子更感兴趣；他提议玩游戏时，谁都不感兴趣，反而Barry搬来了车上的卡拉ok，Zack跑去买啤酒，几个人在那唱K唱得不亦乐乎，Sheldon孤独地坐在他的专座上……
而庆幸摆脱了Sheldon的几个人也在庆幸之余不争气地想念起他来，这时就听到了他的敲门声——说曹操曹操到啊！Sheldon坐下后又是不知好歹地指指点点，不过除了Priya不习惯，大家已经习以为常了……
那位谁都没指望来的LeVar Burton推开公寓门一看，几个男人在高声歌唱，其中一男还裹着浴巾……他叹了口气，转身走掉，表示再也不玩推特了。
