三等分约束

选中cyan按钮，然后添加如下的约束，距左10、距下200、高度30：添加完cyan按钮的约束后，开始添加green按钮的约束，添加的约束为（距左10、距右10.）
添加完green按钮的约束后，开始添加yellow按钮的约束，添加的约    束为（距右10）
按住command键选中三个按钮，然后添加对齐（选择“vertical centers”）三种按钮不变，继续添加等宽（equal width）和等高（equal height）约束：

Scrollview设置滑动到最顶部或者最底部

cell动态高度设置

不用设置高度代理方法，用estimatedRowHeight属性
设置label line为0
整个contentview必须有往下撑开的约束
最上面的控件 设置top约束
最下面的 设置bottom和height great than 约束。
