cash a check：提现-非常生动的比喻

architect：项目/活动的发起人、创办者，是设计师的引申义
to which做引导，这里需要弱读；to则是从fall heir后面的位置提到前面

as well as：把一般事实提出来再重复一遍，强调black men的重要性，相当于not only…but also…
unalienable Rights" of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." 来自独立宣言
guarantee：后面可以直接加something.例如：I guarantee you the house.
4.It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned.
obvious：还可以换成evident clearly
写作tips：养成看到某个英文单词联想几个同义词的习惯，学会使用同义词词典
defaulted on：违背承诺-作为语块来记，一来就不用考虑及物或者不及物的问题
5.Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
sacred：神圣的
bad check：很接地气的表达，词汇并没有高级和低级之分，只有是否简洁准确。
which/where引导的从句可以起到强调的作用：Phoenominal English is a community where can improve my English in a effective way.
insufficient funds：形象的表达，用“余额不足”来表达承诺没有实现。
