新京报快讯(记者王巍 左燕燕)今日从知情人士处获悉，由于涉及到王宝强离婚案的财产问题，并可能构成犯罪，曾担任过王宝强经纪人的宋喆目前已被警方控制。

2016年8月14日凌晨，王宝强发布一则微博，指责妻子马蓉与经纪人宋喆存在婚外不正当两性关系，并决定解除与马蓉的婚姻关系，停止与宋喆的合作。此后马蓉以侵犯名誉权为由，对王宝强提出反诉，双方的官司与2016年10月18日在朝阳法院开庭审理，至今尚未宣判。

作为王宝强的前任经纪人的宋喆，在离婚案件中被指与马蓉发生婚外不正当两性关系，同时，王宝强在诉状中还指出，宋喆存在隐藏、转移王宝强夫妻共同财产、破坏家庭伤害家人的恶劣行为，致使双方感情彻底破裂。

据新京报记者了解，在离婚官司的审理过程中，王宝强已经向警方报案，宋喆于9月11日已被警方控制。
