Just checking in Day 2

Heading to Beijing this morning, forgot to weigh before I came out. I think I hit all of my goals yesterday.

1. Cut coke

2. Spent quality time with Angus, went to the insect museum and piano lesson.

3. Work out plan. Follow Keep for another day, except that I was really tired and started to have a headache in the afternoon.

4. Continue with my diet
