How is China doing in terms of offering women opportunities in technology? Yeah, I think there are a lot of common challenges. And I will speak for my own experience. I wouldn't say it is a very easy journey, to be very frank, because there are some culture issue behind.

when I just started my career, I was always shy one. You know, I can do a lot of work，but I decide I don't want to speak at a meeting, I want to sit in a corner，I worry so much about how other people who look at me will judge me. And but I'm very grateful, actually, in technology world, and also in business world, there are a lot of very good female mentors.
