1. You can surround yourself with supportive family and friends, engage in positive self-talk, and most importantly, accept things that you cannot control.

most importantly 最重要的是，用于有多个事项陈列时，突出最重要的一点。

2. Applying positive coping skills can help you get through difficult times. When you feel stressed, participate in healthy activities that you enjoy.

"Applying positive coping skills..." 动名词作主语，意为运用积极地解决办法。

participate in 参与

You can apply this strategy to get through the difficult times when learning English.

3. Stop thinking about negative thoughts in your head, and instead, replace them with positive ones.

4. If you accept change, instead of tying to deny it, you will let go of your desire to be in constant control.

 You need to let go of the past.

5. Accepting change will ultimately help to reduce your stress levels and allow you to relax. You will soon see that stress will turn into personal growth.
