Summary

In all, it is not correct that the 10 thousand hour practice can lead people become expertise, and this incorrect information may set up people's mindset and then they may believe that the way become expertise is only if do so. Although there is certain merits that to become expertise require a huge of among of practice hours. After all, with the developing of human society, the human potential is also growth, and we should not restrain ourself. 

 讀書隨筆

看到這章節想到作者寫這本書的目的是想要告訴大家不是一萬小時的訓練才能變成專家。這也讓我想到 TED上面有說不要被一萬小時定律嚇到，那是要成為一個世界級頂尖大師平均所花的時間，他提出了專注40個小時就可以學會一項新的能，而裡面的概念跟刻意練習的方法是很相似的，主要也是教導我們離開舒適圈以及從錯誤中學習。

但那篇TED的引用應證了一萬小時定律深植人心，也讓我更明白為什麼作者為了改正這個觀念費心地寫一本書。
