· 3、是否能够接受Power BI默认界面？

· 4、是否需要与现有系统集成？

· 5、是否要求数据权限？

· 6、是否需要增加额外功能？

如果客户要本地私有化部署，选择的就是Power BI report server。
Power BI Report Server is an on-premises report server with a web portal in which you display and manage reports and KPIs. Along with it come the tools to create Power BI reports, paginated reports, mobile reports, and KPIs. Your users can access those reports in different ways: viewing them in a web browser or mobile device, or as an email in their in-box.

Power BI Report Server is similar to both SQL Server Reporting Services and the Power BI online service, but in different ways. Like the Power BI service, Power BI Report Server hosts Power BI reports (.PBIX), Excel files, and paginated reports (.RDL). Like Reporting Services, Power BI Report Server is on premises. Power BI Report Server features are a superset of Reporting Services: everything you can do in Reporting Services, you can do with Power BI Report Server, along with support for Power BI reports.

Power BI Report Server is available through two different licenses: Power BI Premium and SQL Server Enterprise Edition with Software Assurance. With a Power BI Premium license, you can create a hybrid deployment mixing cloud and on-premises.

对于一些像金融行业的企业由于政策问题，数据无法上云，并且报表使用人数很多，就比较适合这种架构

Power BI Pro就是微软Power BI账号，有了它，就可以编辑和发布报表，并且与他人分享、协作。价格非常亲民，一年费用换算人民币也就780块钱大洋吧。但是有一个10GB的限制，所以如果考虑到使用报表人数超过50人以上的话，Premium或者Embedded是比较适合的选择。Power BI Premium 是云上的资源，按照容量计价，对于用户群体庞大的企业而已可实现成本优化及性能提升，同时支持嵌入式分析。另外对于一些独立开发商或者想将Power BI Service上的报表集成到其他应用中，就可以考虑Power BI Pro+ Embedded这种架构了。
