Say "No" every time anyone ever tries to give or sell you drugs. Don't speak to that person again. Drugs are addictive, so please do not think that you might be stronger than other people. Even taking a drug just once is very dangerous. Now, let me give you some reasons for my opinion. First, drugs are illegal. Buying or selling drugs, having drugs—these are all against the law. Breaking the law is wrong and it is dangerous too. Now you have a bright future waiting for you, but if you start doing illegal things, all that will change—if you commit crimes you will be punished. Second, drugs can be very bad for your health. Drugs are powerful chemicals. They give you very high blood pressure; they do strange things to your heart rate; they stop you from eating properly; they change the way you breathe. Drug addicts feel ill most of the time. They have a lot of pain. Do you want this? Many drug addicts share needles and become infected with deadly diseases like AIDS. Drugs also make people behave strangely. Drug addicts fall out of windows and hurt themselves with knives and broken glass. Addicts can easily take too much of their drug—and then they die. Please do not hurt yourself in any of these ways. Say "No" to drugs! Drugs cost a lot of money. If you take drugs you will soon be poor. To get money to buy drugs you will do stupid and illegal things. You will lose your friends and have a lot of trouble in your life. Often people take drugs because they are unhappy. Maybe they have love or work problems. But drugs cannot solve these problems. There is no connection between them and drugs. People need to talk about problems, get advice and change their behaviour—not take dangerous drugs. Taking drugs encourages people to make them and sell them. You are making a big social problem worse. Because of you other people may hurt themselves and die prematurely, even if you don't. You make the world a worse place. Finally, please remember: addiction grows. The first time you need just a little crack cocaine, but every time you will want more. You cannot control the drug; it will control you. Please listen to me—and say "No" to drugs!

They should have had a good youth, listened in class or spoiled
in their parents' arms, but they chose to take drugs to imprint on their youth to solve
loneliness or rebel.
Recently,in Jiangbei District, there is a well一behaved girl named Qingqing who has been forced to detoxification. She is 18 years old who is also a drug addict. She's homeland is Fuling. Before she was sent to the detoxification center, she had just entered a university to study in the main city.
Qingqing's father is the owner of a building material business, and her mother is a worker in a business .The advantages of the family environment allows parents to give the exorbitant expectation to the only daughter and of course, the discipline of this family is quite strict.Yesterday Qingqing told the Chongqing evening news reporter, she felt that the parents did not give her just a little personal space. She never dared to write a diary and never dare to read comic books at home.Because mothers often look over everything she have and even control her friends-making.Long terms of repression finally broke out on the day of receiving the University acception.Qingqing felt that it would be good to go to the main city to read and leave her parents. She never thought that the mother had bought a house in main city to be an accompanying mother. The mother "took care of" Qingqing as usual, especially when she had contacts with the boys.
Qingqing said that her rebellious mood was like a wild horse that had taken off the rein, and it was unmanageable.Only one week, theQingqing followed some people who was known in the society to play in the bar and KTV.
It has been a freshest sense of excitement that Qingqing had ever experienced. She confessed to the police that in order to retaliate her mother, she often did not go to school for a long time and learned to take drugs.
Ultimately, the police arrested Qingqing. When her mother heard that her daughter was sent to the compulsory detoxification center in Jiangbei, she just cannot believe it and she was too angry to stand on the ground."The main reason why I took drugs is to revenge."Qingqing said.
Sometimes parents don't educate their children only follow their own hearts.Teaching children should take methods to control it and the most important thing is attention.Paying attention to psychological growth as well as the necessary communication and understanding are always and forever the most vital things to educate the youth.

The Cambodian government, according to a report released by the narcotics division 1, as of March 31, arrested drug-related personnel in the first quarter of this year, the women drug-related 316 people, including foreigners drug-related 49 people, including 10 women, involving 7 countries.
According to the report, the number of women involved in the trafficking, preservation, processing and planting of drugs has been 1,277, with 2,288 arrests and 221 women.
After I have read the news, I think that even in today's drug crackdown, the spread of drugs is still a major problem for all of us. In the face of drug crimes, countries should work together to share intelligence, and should be solved from the source of drug production, which is to control the production of raw materials. And as ordinary people should stay away from drugs in their lives, which is not to contribute to drug control?

A Taiwanese actor arrested on drug charges along with the son of Hong Kong film star Jackie Chan was released Friday after two weeks in detention, amid a broad antidrug crackdown in China's capital that has ensnared several celebrities.
Kai Ko emerged from a Beijing detention center before dawn and into a scrum of reporters from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Followed to his hotel by the press pack, a visibly agitated Ko challenged one reporter to a fight before retreating inside an elevator.
Kai was considerably more composed at an afternoon news conference in which he appeared with his parents and agent and apologized for smoking marijuana.
Kai was considerably more composed at an afternoon news conference in which he appeared with his parents and agent and apologized for smoking marijuana.
"I never realized that Kai Ko is more than just a name for myself. It also means a lot to those who support and love me. It was out of my expectations that anything concerning 'Kai Ko' could have such a big impact on others," he said, before bowing with his parents and agent in a sign of contrition.
Ko, whose real name is Ko Chen-tung, rode to fame after his 2011 coming of age film "You Are the Apple of My Eye." The role won him a Best New Performer award at the Golden Horse film awards in Taiwan, considered the most prestigious in Chinese-language cinema.
Ko also played the boyfriend of one of the protagonists in China-produced "Tiny Times 3.0," a huge hit with young female audiences that knocked "Transformers 4" from the No.1 spot in the mainland's box office last month.
The arrests of Ko and Chan came amid a major offensive against drug-related crime in Beijing that has seen a 53.2 percent rise in investigations in the city to more than 1,800 since January, according to the official Xinhua News Agency.
More than 8,400 suspects have been detained during that time, an increase of 78.7-percent over the same period last year, Xinhua said. The 23-year-old was arrested on Aug. 14 along with Jaycee Chan, son of the Hong Kong martial arts superstar. The arrests drew enormous media attention in the Chinese-speaking world and Kai's news conference came amid speculation about how his career as an entertainer and brand spokesman might be affected.
After l read upon news,l think a lot.As far as l am concerned, drugs have many different effects,it depends on how to use it.It can be used as medicines to treat paitients. At the same time, it is also used by some people and get addicted. Many actors cannot control themselves well and get addicted to drugs which is very disappointed to their family and fans.
Take me as an example,l always have a exact view on drugs. We should be far away from it instead of taking drugs.Taking drugs will make you more and more sick and thin. You will cannot take care yourself well and get deadly.
We should be away from drugs instead of taking it.

It is not yet known whether a national shortage of a drug used in the lethal injection cocktail will affect executions in Missouri. The drug, known as Pentothal, is the anesthetic used in the process of lethal injection. Hospira, the global pharmaceutical company that produces the drug, has confirmed that the anesthetic will not be available until early next year."Due to a supply issue with Pentothal's active pharmaceutical ingredient, which is supplied by a third party, Hospira's product is currently unavailable," Hospira spokesman Dan Rosenberg said in a statement Friday.Meanwhile, Hospira said moncler outlet it does not condone the use of Pentothal in executions."The drug is not indicated for capital punishment, and Hospira does not support its use in this procedure," Rosenberg said.
The shortage comes after four years of legal uncertainty over the administration of the lethal injection cocktail in Missouri.Executions were halted in Missouri in 2006 after a surgeon responsible for administering the lethal injection procedure testified during court discovery that he was dyslexic and had on occasion altered the doses of the three drugs in an ad hoc manner.A federal judge on Friday moncler jackets cleared the way for the first execution in California in nearly five years when he refused to halt murdererrapist Albert Greenwood Brown's death by lethal injection, scheduled for Wednesday.U.S. District Judge Jeremy Fogel expressed concern about the limited time he had to evaluate the state's newly revised execution procedures and gave Brown the choice of being put to death by a single injection, as practiced in Washington and Ohio, instead of by the state's three-drug method.
The surgeon had sometimes halved the dosage of anesthetic from the recommended five grams prior to injecting the other two drugs, which are believed to cause great pain for the prisoner if he is still conscious, moncler coats according to court documents.Missouri then adopted a written protocol for implementing the drug, which was aimed at safeguarding against future violations of prisoners' constitutional rights of protection against undue suffering.Subsequent litigation and appeals surrounding the issue held up executions in Missouri — barring one exception — until June, when the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal and effectively cleared the way for executions to resume.Fogel expressed inner conflict over his ruling, saying his court was "painfully aware that however it decides a case of this nature, there will be many who disagree profoundly with its decision. The moral and political debate about capital punishment will continue, as it should moncler down."

The news:
Illegal heroin and fentanyl exports from Mexico to the United States are on the rise, according to World Drug Report 2017 compiled by the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) and backed by the U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
Speaking in Mexico City, as the report, which tracks narcotics consumption and production throughout the world, was released Thursday, INCB President Raul Martin del Campo noted the significant increase of drug use around the world, highlighting the harvest and trafficking of illicit drugs in and from South America.
“Poppy harvest that you see in so many countries throughout South America, as you do in Mexico, en route to the United States has increased by a significant amount as registered in the report,” he said. “Fentanyl precursors have also been detected as entering the country, and that is having a consequence with respect to the composition of these drugs that are being exported illegally.
