After working for a few days, it's very excited that I have a day off to relax myself today.

I take my friends to the locals’s favourite restaurant named TAOTAOJU to enjoy some dalicious food. From steamed dumpling to chicken feet, there is one cantonese cuisine that we are all familiar with in the restaurant , called dim sum, and it is most popular in the city, eating here is more a ritual than a dining experience.There are hundreds of varieties of dim sum here, but one of my favourites is lotus leaves stuffed with sticky rice.This is very nice, I can't wait to spliting one first. Look at that inside, we can see mushroom, pork, belly pork and chicken, salted duck egg, different flavors.

As we all know, the tradition of eating dim sum has a long history, it started centuries ago in small tea house along the Silk Road. Living in guangdong as a Cantonese, people here like to have breakfast in the restaurant, this is known as ”drinking morning tea” and is often an occasion for friendly association or business connection. For some old people who have retired, this is their daily pleasure, chatting with their families or old friends while tasting the dim sum and having a cups of tea. Now the tea meal has extended to afternoon tea and evening tea, people can always have their tea meal from morning to till late at night.
