only study not play makes Jack a dull boy

Remembering i had been studing all day long yesterday.i would laught at my fool action.i read so many articles and colleced so many English articles yesterday.it took a long  time  to  do  that.No playing no taking exercise.only drinking too much tea  that made me feel bad in my stamactor胃 besides made me feel boring all day.I also felt tired and didn't want to do anything.the body and spirit states were so worst.I felt strong that i was the worst person in my all friends.

Today I took two activities.I went shopping.I took washing.I took a walk with my lemon.I read a  poem.I  listened to the  classic  music  .I chose the progrome which I like to do  in mobile phone to cheer me up.at last I wrote my dear diary.That'all.

I hope everday will be a happy day in my control.The important thing is keep learning too much away.
