我累了。内心总是很多挣扎和纠结。我明白这样子最好是自己好好待着,自己走自己的路。理智上我都知道,可我总还想依靠一个人,依靠一段感情。为什么会这样,我好没出息。

IT'S OK。REALLY。

HUG ME. 

I'M HUGGING YOU. MY GIRL.

WILL SOMEONE LOVE ME? IS THERE A MAN JUST FOR ME? IS THERE A RIGHT PERSON?

WELL, MY DEAR. I GAVE YOU SO MANY MESSAGES. YOU KNOW IT'S NOT THE TIME. IT'S THE TIME TO BE ALONE, TO LOVE YOURSELF, TO HUG YOURSELF, TO WAP THE TEARS FOR YOURSELF. IT'S THE BEST PRESENT TO THE ONE YOU LOVED THAT LOVE YOURSELF FFIRST, TOTALLY. YOUR FRIEND, SHE SHARED THE HAPPINESS TO LOVE HERSELF AND BE CONTENT WITH HERSELF. SEE HOW HAPPY SHE IS! YOU ARE UGEING SOMEONE TO LOVE YOU FOR SO MANY YEARS, YOU KNOW THE ANSWER. 

I DON'T WANT TO LOVE MYSELF, I WANT SOMEONE LOVE ME.

IT'S NOT TRUE! ACTUALLY, IN YOUR DEEP HEART, YOU WANT TO LOVE YOURSELF, AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY IF YOU REALLY DO SO. YOU KNOW IT'S THE HAPPIEST THING TO LOVE YOURSELF FIRST. BUT IF DO SO, YOU FEEL HAPPY, JUST DO IT.

I THINK IT'S REALLY HARD TO LOVE MYSELF. BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW.

WELL, IT'S EASY TO LOVE YOURSELF. JUST BE WITH YOUR LONELINESS\SADNESS/PAIN ETC., JUST MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY, HEALTHY. SAY GOOD TO YOURSELF....

好吧。听起来有点虚。

比如写完了这篇就去睡觉,比如好好吃饭,比如早起运动。比如你今天为了自己的身体健康去爬山,还认识了一群美好善良好玩的人,还和队长有了愉快的交流。

可是

你可以允许最坏的结果发生吗?你可以允许自己纠结挣扎吗?你可以允许自己犯错吗?你可以允许自己信任吗?

谢谢。我想我可以试着这么做。
