这片的主题主要是讲了我们应该如何正确面对恐惧和害怕。开篇就点出了,恐惧和害怕只是一种对无知的一种危险感,也是我们在选择上存在迷茫感带来的一种情绪。当这种情绪比正常状态下多一点点的时候,我们就会开始觉得自己接受不了,觉得自己就要放弃了,这个,就是在脱离自己的舒适圈的边缘。放弃舒适圈会让自己非常难受,但是适应了那种状态就没多大问题,这就好比心态调整好了要面对未来的情况同时做好心理准备就是最好的初步解决方法。然后就是写出可选的选择,还有未来可能发生的状况,再者就是需要承担的风险和预备工作,也就是plan B。明确目标也是最重要的一点。

  • cost and opportunities with risk may happen
  • repair: who can ask for help? what if any wrong situation may happen?

  2. What might be the benefits of an attempt or partial success?
  3. Very important: the cost of Inaction (emotionally, physically, financially, etc..): 6months, 1 year, 3 years --- considering what might go wrong? the atrocious cost of inaction
