FreeSwitch CallCenter 安装配置

坐席模块安装:
首先使用   #make mod_callcenter-install 安装mod_callcenter模块  然后到Freeswitch控制台上加载该模块
Freeswitch> load mod_callcenter  在conf/autoload_configs/modules.conf.xml中去掉与该模块相关行的注释。

坐席功能配置:
1、进入/usr/local/freeswitch/conf/autoload_configs目录下,编辑坐席文件vim callcenter.conf.xml

 
   
   
   

   
       
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
   

 

 
       
         
 

 
   
       
       
 
 

2、进入/usr/local/freeswitch/conf/dialplan/default目录下,编辑拨号记录文件,例:6767.xml


     
       
       
       
   

3、坐席测试
使用软电话迁入1001和1002用户
originate sofia/gateway/gw3/手机号 &park()
uuid_transfer call_id 6767 XML default
这是如果发现1001或是1002有一个呼叫成功,那么坐席已配置成功~
