A lucid light blue stream cheerfully meanders through a wood, glistening in the sunlight and dashing against the rocks with little white sprays. Both banks of the stream are slopes. There's a big rock, covered with moss, sitting aside the left bank of the stream, on which are some fallen leaves. In the near sight, the left slope is overgrown with grass and weeds. Some withering leafless branches stretch out at the bottom left corner of the picture, under which lies half piece of thick wood. A piece of timber, covered with moss, topples on the stream, with its roots caught tightly with the left slope. Another scarlet timber lies astride the stream. There are many other thin branches lying across the stream behind it.  On the right bank stands a rotten tree stool, beside it grows a tiny tree with leaves like red gemstones. In the far sight, the banks are carpeted with red fallen leaves, on which a lot of slender trees are standing straight and defending the land. The picture depicts a bleak Autumn scenery.
