Django Bug: 错误提示信息有误 TypeError: 'module' object is not iterable / circular import

今天运行django项目时，出现如下bug:

django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: The included URLconf 'spotlight.urls' does not appear to have any patterns in it. If you see valid patterns in the file then the issue is probably caused by a circular import.

并且出现这个错误之后，修改代码，django也不会重新加载代码。

由于提示circular import error,所以在urls.py若干里面找了半天，没有发现错误。

后经搜索发现，这是django框架的一个bug。当django版本较新而python版本较旧时，这个提示信息时错误的，真正有问题的是文件中出现了语法错误。

经过仔细寻找，发现是python代码加载静态文件时少打了一个字母’s’，改掉之后，没有错误了。

这么大的一个bug，django官方竟然还没修好，浪费我一个晚上！
